Who we are

What we collect
We only collect what you type into our catering enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), event date (optional), event type (optional), number of guests (optional) and whatever you write in the message field.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and talk through your event. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Cloudflare, our hosting provider. A copy is also kept in our client dashboard, provided by Vervio Digital Co., which stores it securely in Western Europe on our behalf so we can track and reply to enquiries. Vervio acts only on our instructions and never uses your details for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to reply to you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it loads its fonts from our own hosting. Photographs are served from a media storage service run by Vervio Digital Co. (cdn.verviodigitalco.uk), which, like any web server, receives your IP address when it delivers an image. Links to Uber Eats, Google Maps, Instagram and TikTok take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
